Cancellation Policy

* Same-day cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. * Exceptions may be made for extreme circumstances, such as inclement weather or serious illness, at the discretion of management. Please note that our therapists prepare for each appointment and reserve time specifically for you. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but we require sufficient notice to adjust our schedules accordingly.
